We provide Free Economy Shipping on all orders.
The warehouse is located in Los Angeles, West Coast, USA.
We only deliver to the contiguous United States. Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
Orders will be shipped from the warehouse on the second business day after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. The warehouse does not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
Due to the size of our items, we only support FedEx standard shipping. Expedited services such as overnight delivery are not available.

30-Days Return
Our products go through a rigorous process from research to testing to launch, and we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.
If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.
If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture. If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
-We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.
-We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and
will affect the processing of your return.
- All full or partial returns are subject to a 20% return fee for all items being returned. Hillga Support
Team will work with you to coordinate all of the pickup and shipping details.
- If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and has not been shipped, your order will be fully
refunded.
- If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
