Product Care

Caring for cushion cover fabric

One of the best ways to keep your cushion fabric looking good is tobrush off dirt before it becomes embedded in the fabrics and wipe upspills or clean soon after a stain occurs. The quicker you clean spillsand stains, the easier they can be to remove.
When removing stains, typically these are the steps you should try:
  • Blot (don't rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil-basedspills,apply an absorbent such as corn starch, then remove with astraight edge.
  • Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap(such as Woolite or Dawn)and water.    *add 2 ounces of mild soap such as Woolite or Dawn dishwashing liquid to 1 gallon of lukewarm water.
  • Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
  • Air dry
Avoid scrubbing, hard bristle brushes or any other abrasive cleaningmethod.
Cushion fabric should only be allowed to air dry.

Caring for wicker chair frame

Start by removing leaves and other debris trapped between wickerstrands with a vacuum cleaner or soft bristle brush.Wipe off any looseaccumulated dirt with a cloth.Hose off the frame with a spray hose ona medium setting to loosen dirt and dust.
The same cleaning method used on your fabrics can also be used toclean the all-weather wicker.(2 ounces of mild soap, such as Wooliteor Dawn dishwashing liquid,to 1 gallon of lukewarm water)
Clean the wicker with a soft bristle brush.Rinse thoroughly with aspray hose and let the frame and wicker air dried before storing it orputting it back in use.If possible, let it dry in fltered sunlight or partialshade rather than intense sun.
