If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Durable and comfortable

Bought set in beginning of 2025 but didn't have time to put together until now. Very durable and the thicker cushions make sitting very comfortable. Well built very sturdy even for the slightly heavier person. Great job Hillga

This is a very nice piece of furniture. The instructions were very clear and simple, it was easy to assemble and all five pieces came complete, the ratchet included was very useful. Once assembled it felt very solid and looked very durable.

Love the look

We just finished putting the set together and we love the look and comfort. Unfortunately it is still sitting in my living room because it has been raining most every day since we got it assembled. I don't want to put it outside until I can enjoy it. The maiden voyage will be much sweeter when the sun is shining! I think the quality for the price is outstanding.
