30 Day Return

 

Our products go through a rigorous process from research to testing to launch, and we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture.

  • If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.
  • If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture. If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

* In addition, please keep all boxes until you are sure that you do not need to return or exchange the item.



📦 Kind Reminder Before Returning

↗️ Return Eligibility
-We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.

-We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.

- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

-Returns that are defective/damaged due to reasons other than manufacturing will be subject to a handling fee, the exact amount of which will vary depending on the item and the specific circumstances of the return. Hillga Support will review each return request individually and notify you of all applicable fees in advance. We will also assist you in arranging pickup and shipping to ensure a smooth return process.

-Slight color variations and hardness levels of items are considered by HILLGA Support to be a matter of preference rather than a defect, and the item will be returned within the return period, but will incur a return handling fee as stated above.

*To use our return shipping service, please obtain a return label at service@hillga.com.
 Once you have the return label, package and return the item in its original condition.


↗️ Regarding Refused Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we kindly ask that you do not refuse the delivery. If you wish to return any items or encounter any issues with your order, please wait until all packages have been delivered and then contact our customer service team. Hillga will provide a return label to assist you with the return process. This allows us to accurately track the return shipment and ensure your return is properly processed.


⏳ Refund Processing After Returns
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.


✋ Order Cancellation
  • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and has not been shipped, your order will be fully refunded.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
