We offer free shipping for all orders placed on the official Hillga website. Every order is processed and delivered as scheduled with care.
Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on your purchase date and the specific product ordered. Rest assured, we process and ship orders in the order they are received.
*In-stock items are typically shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
*Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated arrival time listed on the product page. You can find the stock status just below the “Add to Cart” button. Once your order is ready to ship, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Multiple Packages
As we ship large furniture items, your order may arrive in multiple boxes. The exact number of packages is shown under the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
We recommend assembling your product only after receiving all packages.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Due to high freight costs for oversized packages, we do not ship to Canada, Australia, Europe, or other regions.
