The assembly was pretty easy and the quality seems quite decent. The bottom cushions are thick and comfortable. The issue is with the back cushions. They are NOT the same quality as the rest of the set. They stay wrinkled and they are very thin and uncomfortable. It barely feels like there is a cushion behind you at all.
Very unhappy with that part of the set.
I have cushions from another set that I ordered years ago, the backs are much more fuller and support your back. I ordered extra cushions so I could have them all match.
I would not order again and will not recommend these to anyone. I was really hoping I would love the set.

We like the conversation set a lot. Assembly was easy. The product is sturdy and quite comfortable. Love the swivel and rocking action
The ottomans are a perfect match to the chair and very well built.
Box came damaged, so a few scuff marks. Very hard to put together and my husband is an engineer. Chairs are very comfortable but the couch is not that comfortable and that’s what I purchased the set for, all in all I would not recommend this set.
The six piece set was delivered within two weeks of ordering online. The instructions were easy to follow so I was able to put the pieces together myself. Very satisfied!
Shipping took a little longer than expected, but there was great communication, the furniture is very sturdy and super comfortable

We bought the 6pc set and it is beautiful! I felt it was easy to put together and it looks great on our back porch! There was one "broken" pc on the arm of one chair. I reached out to customer service and they were so wonderful and easy to work with. They sent out a new arm for the chair right away at no charge!
What a great value for the price! Just started using the swivel rockers and 3-piece couch set with coffee table.+ ottomans. They met my high expectations for comfort and quality. Durability is unknown yet of course. But they seem built to last. Assembly was pretty simple and not overly time-consuming. My only disappointment is that the furniture covers were not ready to ship with the furniture and the original 4-5 week availability timing has pushed out now. So the furniture is subject to weather exposure during the meanwhile.
This set looks great and is very comfortable. So happy with my purchase.
Nice set. Shipped in 3 large boxes, one was damaged, but contents were well packaged so no damage to any of the pieces. Instructions were clear and concise with good photos, and all parts were well marked when necessary. They even provide a handy little ratchet tool for assembly which was a big help. Got everything assembled and all pieces were attractive and comfortable. We are happy with our new patio furniture.
Fairly straightforward assembly, one piece was apparently bent resulting in a screw breaking off in the chair back. I informed them and replacement parts were received in just a few days. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly.

This is a very comfortable patio set. It was easy to assemble. I am 79 years old and had no help. If I can do it, you can do it. I did run into a problem with one piece that was misaligned and wouldn't fit into its adjoining piece. Customer service was very pleasant to work with and sent a replacement piece immediately. I'm very happy with my purchase and my family loves the new set.
The 6 inch cushion is thick and the thick foam pad expands quickly. It provides great support for my back and neck and is super comfortable.
