I’m still waiting to receive the furniture or get any update as to when I can expect delivery

Love the set, only negative is customer service , can’t call only email

We love the sofa. So comfortable and sturdy.
We are waiting on our cushions, on separate order. It has been a while.

I guess I wasn’t expecting much from a coffee table but when I realized how nicely this table stores the ottomans when not in use, I was thrilled with this purchase. My only regret, no space to put more of this furniture!

WE only received a partial order. We were not informed in advance that most of our order was back ordered. On our account page, it shows order was delivered, without a notation that said only partially delivered. After communicating with email, we were told the remainder of the order would be sent in a few weeks. Hillga has not updated us. Communication with them is awful. Trying to communicate through the chatbox sends messages to them via email and I am not sure if communication is with AI or a human. That's the negative. Out of this 7 piece order, we received the 2 chairs. The positive information is the chairs are fantastic! The quality seems topnotch, comfortable with thick cushions and high backs, and the appearance is great.

These cushions are really great! We have had a lot of compliments on our new patio furniture from Hillga.

We ended up buying all our furniture in two separate orders being unsure of the quality and length of time to receive. From west coast to east coast, it took about 7 to 10 days to receive and it was so well packed there were no issues. It’s beautiful, comfortable and functional. Anything that gets this crew outside is a win in my book!

Still waiting on chairs and table. The cushions seem as advertised.

I haven't put it together yet because I just received the chairs and side table 2 weeks after original shipment. Wish the set can with covers.

The set we purchased is exactly as described on the website. It took a while to assemble, but we didn't have any issues. Delivery of the items was longer than I anticipated, but when I emailed the company, I received a quick response. I would purchase from this company again.

Missed the difference between m and m1 washer. Re did my assembly wirh no further issues. Very sturdy. Tools provided make assembly an ease. Instructions are clear and of great help. I have it all stored in my garage until my decks are completed. I recommend this product.

I don't think you will find better outdoor furniture anywhere. The quality is superb! It is a little tricky to put the first piece together, but it gets easier from there. The furniture was packed carefully, so there wasn't a single mark on anything. I would buy from Hillga again.

Love this set. We bought 2. Works well on our deck and the chairs are really comfortable. Assembly was straightforward. I appreciated the little ratchet wrench included with the hardware. Made assembly easier.

Love the set. It's really made with quality work. Only concern is it arrived with a piece of the seat already "unattached" if a rattan weave is broke already... Will it last bring outside with heavy use? I sure hope so! We camp and it's now going to be our main furniture set.

I gave it an average rating because the only thing I have received is two chair cushions, everything else has been delayed in shipping. Hilda needs to indicate at the time of ordering what is in stock and what isn’t.

I haven’t received my order !
I have been updated on the delivery 2 times for 2 different dates .
Both dates have come and gone so I followed up to find out the at my order is now delayed 4 weeks due to production issues .
I expect a substantial credit for waiting 6 weeks for my new deck furniture that I can’t use until the summer is almost over . I’m not happy at all !!

Easy to put together, the only concern is the packaging was delivered over a couple of days. I heard about this and just waited for everything to arrive.
