Order shows complete but it's not. Still missing sofa and was not informed that it was back ordered until I sent a question to the retailer. Item is STILL another 3-4 weeks out
Super happy with my furniture set my friends all think it’s beautiful and super comfortable. I love the high back and the quality.
We couldn't be happier with our 6-piece set—it looks amazing and is so comfortable! A huge thank you to Hillga, who provided top-notch customer service, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the shipping process. Highly recommend!
If I could give this 10 stars I would. The instructions were so so so easy and it's even better than the pictures now that it's all here and put together. I've been looking since May for porch furniture, it was so worth the wait on this dry 5 that went on sale labor day weekend.
We absolutely love this furniture! The set up was incredibly easy. The packaging was organized well. The cushions are very comfortable, and the furniture seems very sturdy. Impressive quality for such a great price!
This is the first time purchasing furniture online. I did a lot of research and when I found Hilga outdoor furniture I just knew it would look beautiful in our new gazebo. The 6 pieces turned out to be more than expected. The cushions are so thick and comfortable and the wicker is a beautiful color. If we ever need anything else Hilga is our number 1 choice.
Nice set that was advertised to come with covers, but to date, has not. It delivered over several days instead of all at once, so while it’s been weeks and we have contacted the company, there’s been no response. Be ready to spend the afternoon building it. If you are handy, no problem.
Received all pieces except the sofa and cushions about a month ago have yet to receive the final shipment and have paid for everything.
We are delighted with this set. It was easy to put together with simple instructions. I am a 68 yr old woman and i did it by myself. The cushions are superior over any other cushions. So they are very comfortable to sit on.
Furniture looks great, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Hopefully it holds up in the Florida heat.
Great quality, very attractive, and very comfortable. Looking forward to using the furniture. Delivery was quick and seamless. My husband commented that he was impressed that there were tools and extra bolts and great instructions to assemble the pieces.
The furniture itself is wonderful and very comfortable, as well as easy to put together. Im not giving 5 stars cause the website set description isn't accurate. We bought the 10 pieces set and although the information within the set description body is accurate with correct # of pieces the title block for this set states 8 instead of 10. We also did not receive the ottomans for this set due to backorder but we were not told that until after several days of trying to get a response from them on these missing pieces since you can't call and speak to anyone directly. Supposedly we will recieve them around Oct 14th.
Matches the set very well. Solid materials. Glass looks good. Sturdy and works fine. Easy to assemble. Simple directions and small ratchet helps.
These chairs are very comfortable. I also purchased the matching sofa and ottomans. The furniture is well made and looks great on my deck.
We love our new patio furniture! We were replacing an older set and looked at many options before settling on Hilga. We had purchased new cushions for another patio set we have and we were so impressed we decided to buy the chairs. We bought two sets. They were easy to put together as instructions were very clear and there was more than enough screws, washers etc. They are super comfy and glide beautifully. The cushions have excellent thickness unlike many others that sell thin cushions The quality seems excellent and we expect they will last for awhile.
I am so pleased with my set! The quality is so good and it is so comfortable. I mostly assembled all the pieces myself and I am 77 years old. Directions were so simple to follow. I am just thrilled with how my enclosed porch looks.
Beautiful and very comfortable. Not difficult to put together. I didn’t buy it when I purchased the chairs but decided I wanted them and glad I did.
Went together easily and it sits just like I hoped it would.
I gave 4* because the covers for my beautiful furniture is back ordered.
The set was easily put together following instructions carefully. Its a beautiful set and very sturdy. Height of backs are perfect and not too low.
I like the end table. However I haven’t received all my original order. The sofa had not arrived and when I sent a message to Hillga they said it could be 3 weeks which is not acceptable since I’ve paid in full for the mercandise.
Better made than cheaper sets. Better hardware. Some predrilled holes were off and had to force screws in many of them. Swivel works well. Glider motion is limited. Not any better than cheaper sets we have. Cushions are comfy. Concerned if they are truly water proof for outside use in all weather. We will likely replace cushions due to this factor. Better get the covers! Looks okay. What can you expect for the cheaper price?
Keep waiting for couch cover. Still offering to new customers before full filling current customers. Just keeps telling us they are running behind. Message is getting old with weather changing.
Cushions are great! Using for replacements for chairs around table set. Cushions slightly over sized for the chair width but works fine. Very pleased.
We absolutely love our set very comfortable easy to assemble very well made.
The chairs and table were very easy to assemble. They provided the screws and a ratchet to make the job easier.
