This set is perfect. It is exactly what we will looking for.
We have some patio furniture that are good but my husband wanted chairs that had higher backs.
I found a set online that I thought would be good but they had straps on the bottom underneath the cushions that we thought eventually would stretch and sag like some that we've had before. Also it said they had 6 inch cushions and I swear they weren't even 3 inches.
Since we had just opened the box we taped it back up and returned them.
I started looking again and that's when I found the Ardenelle three piece.set. lt looked very promising but I had some questions.
That's when I met Ivy through customer service online.
She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professionally. Can't say enough for their customer service.
I ordered my items.
I found out through Ivy that my items were on back order which surprised me since they took the money out of my account before they shipped.
That being said it only took two weeks to arrive and everything was packed perfectly. My husband put them all together in about an hour. He said the instructions were very good and he didn't have any problems putting them together.
Again I want to let you know how please we are with their set and that we will probably be ordering another of the same and move our older furniture to a different part of the Lanai
I love the product but my chair of one the back is broke. And worried about the unraveling of it. Otherwise tjey are great!!
BEWARE! I am still waiting for the sofa. First I was told there was a delay on the sofa of 1-2 weeks. I check in and have been told that their system is undergoing maintenance. Check in again and still undergoing maintenance. This has been going on for THREE DAYS. I’m told they can’t access the order but the sofas are delayed again for another 2-3 weeks. No way to see the order online. No way for their customer service to check the order online. Seems like a scam to me!
Great set. Easy enough to assemble and look awesome. Very relaxing to rock and swivel on our deck.

Very very nice set. Well built- sturdy- very comfy to sit. Very pleased would recommend to anyone. Takes two to put together- but all holes lined up- so it went well. My husband and 12 yr old granddaughter did most of it
Boxes are very heavy. Assembly took a few hours, only problem is that the cushions want to move every time you stand up from the chairs. The sticky pad that Hillga provided doesn't really fix the problem. But overall nice for the money.

The patio furniture is very nice. Extremely comfortable. The directions they give you to assemble the furniture are easy to follow. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this furniture.

From the delivery which was not only on time but packed incredibly well. I am skeptical of ordering things on line that I consider a major investment but so glad I found a great company that supplies its customers with a high end product once assembled.
That was something I also worried, about am I going to be able to put it together, are there going to be missing parts or things just not lining up correctly.
To my surprise, everything was labeled so well, no missing parts, no scratches or issues at any kind!
We are so happy, the cushions are made so well and love the zipper, gotta have a zipper on them to wash! The color is a rich blue which compliments colors of flowers and plants. I could go on and on.
I went to many places looking for a patio set like this and this really was the best in this price range.
I even bought the table as well and so happy with the entire ensemble.

We bought the 6 pc set for our home in Florida. Pretty easy to assemble as the directions are very good. Had 2 friends buy same set because we all liked so well. Came back north and bought the 9 pc set for our patio, again because we were so happy with our prior purchase. Just ordered the sofa cover. Only wish you had covers for the chairs too.

I love the set but two of the cushions weren’t in the box . I have everything but two cushions are yall sending them.
