If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

Love the look

We just finished putting the set together and we love the look and comfort. Unfortunately it is still sitting in my living room because it has been raining most every day since we got it assembled. I don't want to put it outside until I can enjoy it. The maiden voyage will be much sweeter when the sun is shining! I think the quality for the price is outstanding.

4 Hands and Power Tools

I ordered 2 glider chairs with a small table and a 3 seater sofa from the Hawthorne collection. Although I did receive all of the items I ordered, shipping was confusing. Customer service rep Ivy received several questions and responded to all. The items came from all over the country although my payment went through Hong Kong. One item listed on both my Hillga and Fed Ex tracking info was actually someone else’s hence most of the confusion. Once received, all items were packaged very well. I couldn’t believe how everything fit in 3 boxes like a puzzle, but it did. I recommend having 4 hands and a power drill with a magnetic bit. I put everything together by myself and the positions I had to get into to hold the pieces in place while assembling were quite interesting. Everything was marked well, however I have a suggestion; on the side arm pieces it might be better to label them with not only the side (left or right) but also if they are for the chair or sofa. They all look the same except for 4 extra holes at the bottom. FYI: the sofa arms don’t work as glider chair arms. Once assembled, the set looks nice and seems sturdy. I will be adding a support board under the 3 cushions of the sofa to prevent the cushions from pushing through the stabilization bars. This is something I feel will be beneficial over time with wear and tear. Overall I was satisfied with the product however, get ready for the assembly process by inviting someone to join you and tell them to bring a power drill.
