If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. Love the look and they are very comfortable. Table is a nice size and makes a good grouping. Assembly instructions were good, and all parts were clearly labeled. My only issue was that a couple of the holes were difficult to line up, and one didnt seem to be drilled correctly because I never could get the screw all the way in (enough to be usable but not flush with the frame). The cushions are nice and thick, and the swivel/gliding mechanisms are smooth. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.

Very happy with the chairs, they are very comfortable. We ordered ottomans with the original order and still have not received them. I was told they were backordered. That would have been nice to know at the time I placed the order.

Not happy this far with getting products

On March 28, 2025, I purchased the two chair set, couch with two more chairs and tables. They slowly have been coming in. I still have not gotten the bases for any chairs, also, couch came with no hardware. I don't have any cushions. It's been almost a month now since I placed order. I do have to say "Ivy" has been in contact with me, I appreciate that.

I bought this as a set. I have only received the chairs and table. It was told to me that the ottomans are still on flash sale and will be shipped in 3-4:weeks. I have no updates on the ottomans and second why sale this as a set but only ship part of it. What happens if I do not receive the ottomans I paid for?
Since I only received part of the order not sure I would order again from this company
