Ardenelle Luxury 6 Piece Patio Wicker Sofa Set With Ottomans, Side tables

Overall, very comfortable, seem to be very well built. Pretty straightforward assembly, though a bit time consuming. I very much enjoy this set on my porch. However, only a 4 star rating as I have not yet received the coffee table. I received the swivel glider chairs 10 days ago. Not sure yet if it was worth the money, though I did receive two small discounts.

We love our 5 seat set! It is comfortable and looks so nice on our deck. The pieces seem sturdy and well built. Very smooth purchase. We had a small issue and customer service was wonderful in resolving it!

Without a doubt, we absolutely positively love the furniture we purchased with Hillga! it is by far the most comfortable outdoor furniture we have ever owned I give it a 100% recommendation not just the comfort but also the installation, my husband found it very easy to put together.

The couch and chairs are going to be awesome on the porch, still waiting on the ottomans which are on back order, but so far the set seems sturdy and was easy to assemble according to my husband, the tables are nice too, the cushions take awhile to fully fluff up but are made well. Going to enjoy this summer.

Very comfortable cushions; the rattan structure is sturdy; the overall look is luxurious and beautiful, like a custom-made piece. Our terrace looks beautiful. Very satisfied.

The frame has a nice smooth finish. Looks really good on our deck. Cushions are comfortable. Assembly was straightforward. Great product.

We love our new Ardenelle set! Instructions are clear and concise. Not too difficult to put together. Very comfortable and are looking forward to enjoying it for a long time to come!

We are very happy with our new Ardenelle patio furniture. It wasn't too difficult to assemble - ( My husband and I were able to assemble it ourselves). Our only complaint is the covers don't match. Our furniture has the dark gray cushions, but the covers that were sent are brown and beige. We thought that since we ordered dark gray cushions, we should have received dark gray covers.

I love my Ardenelle Luxury 7 Piece Patio Wicker Sofa Set. The seat cushions are very thick and comfortable. The assembly was so impressive and easy. The company who made this had the customers best interest in mind. I highly recommend this product. Hillga worked with me to delay shipment until I was ready. Superior customer service.

I purchased the Ardenelle set. It is a Quality set and VERY COMFORTABLE! It came with very good instructions & was put together with ease. We love our set & would 100% recommend. AND we don’t often recommend!! … The coffee table was not included in what we purchased. We already had it.

Got ours about a month ago. Very happy with our purchase! These are well made and you can’t beat the price. We had another more expensive set ordered from a brick and mortar store in San Antonio. When they couldn’t deliver we started researching and found these. They were $2000 less than the set we had originally ordered! Shipping was fast and assembly wasn’t bad at all!

We are absolutely impressed with this furniture. My husband found this company and we couldn't be more pleased with delivery, set up and the comfort. Delivery/shipping took a couple weeks, and it came in at least 2 separate deliveries, all were trackable and we got all the pieces. Very comfortable, thick cushions. I did buy better gripper pads for under the cushions for the ottomans. The ottomans fit under the large coffee table. Perfect to rest your head back and still have cushion. Instructions were fantastic. This is from the Ardenelle Collection. The furniture is sturdy and we are very pleased. We are considering buying the loveseat and another small table. Then we would have every piece. Highly recommend.

WE only received a partial order. We were not informed in advance that most of our order was back ordered. On our account page, it shows order was delivered, without a notation that said only partially delivered. After communicating with email, we were told the remainder of the order would be sent in a few weeks. Hillga has not updated us. Communication with them is awful. Trying to communicate through the chatbox sends messages to them via email and I am not sure if communication is with AI or a human. That's the negative. Out of this 7 piece order, we received the 2 chairs. The positive information is the chairs are fantastic! The quality seems topnotch, comfortable with thick cushions and high backs, and the appearance is great.

Hillga must ship via oxen, my order was broken into a pile of boxes and took a week from purchase just to arrange shipping, and im still short a box or two, missing the coffee table and ottomans. I did receive an email reply to my complaint about the unreasonable shipping time amd missing items. I was told the "in stock" set i purchased isn't actually all in stock. I must wait another 4-5 weeks for a coffee table. I would have purchased something else if I'd known my pre planned party guests would be sitting in folding chairs instead of was supposed to be decent patio furniture.

The furniture arrived later than expected, but we were contacted that therewas a delay. One
package of cushions was missing for the sofa, but I think it was FedEx‘s problem, not Hillga because it was delivered then in a couple days from the FedEx office. After assembling, which I thought was easy, you just have to leave the screws very loose so you can get all of them in the holes just like the directions say. After using furniture set for a couple weeks we really love it. It seems very strong and is comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to others and if I need any extra chairs, I would buy again.
Note: if you do contact them through email, they will respond but sometimes it goes into junk or spam folder so check their first if you don’t get a response.

I have only received my sofa and ottomans so far. I am still waiting on the rest of my order. So I can't provide an honest review at this time.

The furniture is great but when we purchased it it came with covers, now we’re hearing it doesn’t come with covers- pretty disappointing

We received a partial shipment on June 12 No one notified us that there was a delay. I reached out to Hillga to find out where our Sofa was and received a reply that it should be here by June 19. Still no sofa. Very happy with the quality of what received but not happy we have not received the sofa

We love our Ardenelle patio furniture. Perfect for our needs. No flaws that we could see. Still waiting on our last two pieces (ottomans). Hoping they arrive soon.
