If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture. If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Quality costs a bit more but completely worth it!!

The engineers who designed the set were on top of their game as they were very well built and easy to assemble! Very very comfortable for my self at 6’5 260 lbs and also my wife at 5’4 and 120 lbs.They rock, swivel and are so relaxing I coul sleep on them. We highly recommend Hilga furniture to anyone who wants lasting quality at a reasonable price.

Great products but took 2 months to receive! You should have included covers. You had my money all that time!!

Chairs are comfortable, fabric is good quality. Was not too difficult to assemble. Love the swivel and Glide.

-We are only able to accept seating and soft goods returns on undamaged, unmodified products.
-We are only able to process refunds to the original source of payment.
-Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- All full or partial returns are subject to a 20% return fee for all items being returned. Hillga Support Team will work with you to coordinate all of the pickup and shipping details.

Order Cancellation

- If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase and has not been shipped, your order will be fully refunded.
- If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
