This set is perfect. It is exactly what we will looking for.
We have some patio furniture that are good but my husband wanted chairs that had higher backs.
I found a set online that I thought would be good but they had straps on the bottom underneath the cushions that we thought eventually would stretch and sag like some that we've had before. Also it said they had 6 inch cushions and I swear they weren't even 3 inches.
Since we had just opened the box we taped it back up and returned them.
I started looking again and that's when I found the Ardenelle three piece.set. lt looked very promising but I had some questions.
That's when I met Ivy through customer service online.
She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professionally. Can't say enough for their customer service.
I ordered my items.
I found out through Ivy that my items were on back order which surprised me since they took the money out of my account before they shipped.
That being said it only took two weeks to arrive and everything was packed perfectly. My husband put them all together in about an hour. He said the instructions were very good and he didn't have any problems putting them together.
Again I want to let you know how please we are with their set and that we will probably be ordering another of the same and move our older furniture to a different part of the Lanai

No issues at all. Came on time, looks good, feels good. My wife loves them and that's what matters most. Solid buy.
Great set, was shipped on different days because it came in two different boxes. Once I had them all, I assembled them. Took longer than I planned primarily because it was difficult to get all screws to align due to the wicker material. The chairs are very comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

I love these chairs. They look exactly like the pictures, and they're very comfortable to sit in. I've been looking for a chair with a thick, comfortable cushion, and this one is just what I was looking for. The rattan weave looks very tight, the two ottomans match the chair perfectly, and overall it looks quite nice.

We’ve had these a couple weeks and we love to sit there in the morning and have coffee and watch the birds, and at night we will enjoy the weather with our chairs and put our drinks on the table. So far they are the most comfortable outdoor chairs we’ve ever had.
