Love this set. We bought 2. Works well on our deck and the chairs are really comfortable. Assembly was straightforward. I appreciated the little ratchet wrench included with the hardware. Made assembly easier.

These are very comfortable chairs. Not too hard to put together.

Cushions came about four days before the chairs arrived via FedEx. Everything was fine, but I always worry about FedEx because they have delivered to the wrong house in the past and also delivered stuff damaged. The chair assembly went together quite well and fit was great. The assembly does take a bit of time so be patient. Hint there are washers labeled M and M1. Don’t get them mixed up. Also there are times when a quarter drive ratchet with 10 mm and 13 mm sockets came in quite handy. Finished chairs look great are very comfortable and sturdy. I would not hesitate to buy other items from Hillga. Very satisfied so far.

Directions 9/10. Make sure the rocker arms go inside chair. Double check drawing. Cushions feel great family love the chairs. Table is super nice. I definitely would recommend these to my family and friends.

Very nice chairs and comfortable. If you read the instructions assembly is simple. You do need 2 people. The tools supplied are very helpful. Very fast delivery. Only issue we were missing 8 washers.

We ordered two sets of these 3 pc sets and are very happy with our purchase. The reviews sounded positive and they weren't wrong.
They are very sturdy to put together and sit on. The instructions were easy and no missing parts although they included some additional parts just in case which is nice. Even the side tables are solid. I would definitely recommend.

Bought two chairs plus one table the added an additional table and finally foot stools. All assembled very easily, excellent quality, they look great and are very comfortable.

I purchased 3 kits of 2 chairs and a table for a coffee or tea. I spent a lot of time researching the various options.
My husband had started us on this project. I am happy with the quality. The ease of assembly is without doubt the best part. Every single piece fit. Every piece screws together perfectly. I know because I personally assembled the pieces. Follow the instructions as noted. If you want start with the table just to set up the expectation.

My last set of patio furniture lasted 20 years. I honestly believe this set will meet that criteria.

The chair cushions velcro together with a handle to carry to the storage unit when the weather is cold or raining.

I love to glide and swivel. The set looks great and has very good support. The only negative is that the directions do not have any details; only pictures.

Great patio set ! Looks very sturdy by the way it’s put together. Takes time to put together, but instructions are easy to follow.

Love the swivel rockers, they are very solid and sturdy and they look very elegant on my front porch. Order and delivery was easy and on time. The instructions said it would take 10 days for the cushions to expand to full comfort, but within 3-4 days they were full size and very comfortable. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that they were a bit complicated, harder, and took longer than expected to put together. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and aesthetics.

The 5 piece Hawthorne set is a great set. Better than expected. Packing was very good and the assembly was easy with great instructions. Just a lot of parts and time consuming.
Only wish you had covers in stock for it.

I did NOT like the cushions being shrink-wrapped but they did puff out/up after 3 days. It was a lot to put together, however, they are strong and sturdy chairs.

From the delivery which was not only on time but packed incredibly well. I am skeptical of ordering things on line that I consider a major investment but so glad I found a great company that supplies its customers with a high end product once assembled.
That was something I also worried, about am I going to be able to put it together, are there going to be missing parts or things just not lining up correctly.
To my surprise, everything was labeled so well, no missing parts, no scratches or issues at any kind!
We are so happy, the cushions are made so well and love the zipper, gotta have a zipper on them to wash! The color is a rich blue which compliments colors of flowers and plants. I could go on and on.
I went to many places looking for a patio set like this and this really was the best in this price range.
I even bought the table as well and so happy with the entire ensemble.
