If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

My friends recently replaced their outdoor furniture set. I searched online for many sets to match with their garden. When he saw this set, he was initially hesitant because he hadn't received the package. After he finished the installation, he kept expressing his amazement at the wonderful design of this set. The design of this set is quite similar to that of a cottage-style. I think I had seen the style of this swivel glider chair in a previous trip, so I bought this set. Fortunately, the quality of this sofa is really excellent, far exceeding my expectations.
