We ended up buying all our furniture in two separate orders being unsure of the quality and length of time to receive. From west coast to east coast, it took about 7 to 10 days to receive and it was so well packed there were no issues. It’s beautiful, comfortable and functional. Anything that gets this crew outside is a win in my book!
Missed the difference between m and m1 washer. Re did my assembly wirh no further issues. Very sturdy. Tools provided make assembly an ease. Instructions are clear and of great help. I have it all stored in my garage until my decks are completed. I recommend this product.

We love our new patio set. We were confused a bit by the shipping emails, but Ivy in Customer Service explained everything and ensured our questions were answered and concerns addressed. She followed up and assisted until we had all the pieces, put them together, and were satisfied with the outcome. The furniture itself is very high quality, with little details that make a big difference. First, the back and seat cushion on the sofa have Velcro strips to keep them together. We also receive pads to place under the seat cushions so they wouldn't slide. The color is exactly what it looked like online. Yes, there are a lot of parts, but everything was pretty easy to put together. This is a perfect set for any deck, sunroom, or patio.
Assembling this furniture was a breeze. The thicker cushions make a huge difference. Everything was extremely sturdy too!
The furniture is nice and comfortable but getting all the parts are on back ordered for 3 weeks It's very disappointing when you spend $2000 and can't get all your parts for the chairs.
At first I was a bit skeptical ordering via Facebook. But after receiving my Hawthorne patio set, I’m extremely happy I made the purchase. Assembly was simple, thank you for the two rachets. That made assembly a breeze. I only wish I had know they were included in the tools for the chairs. I could have used them putting together the table and ottomans. 😎 I put the furniture on our covered porch and sverything looks great. I’m 6’5” and I fit comfortably. I hope they last a good long time. I wish our set would have come with two end tables instead of just one.
