Customers praise this outdoor wicker furniture set for "great quality and price" with comfortable, thick cushions. Assembly is straightforward with helpful L/R markings and included ratchet tool, though some found it time-consuming and swivel rockers need clearer instructions. One customer noted missing covers. Overall sturdy and attractive.
Very good quality. Great product! Assembly is easy.
Furniture looks great, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Hopefully it holds up in the Florida heat.
We absolutely love our set very comfortable easy to assemble very well made.
Customer service is nonexistent. Furniture came with one chair damaged. I need one side panel. Furniture is nice but it’s a shame that this issue is not handled properly.
We couldn't be happier with our 6-piece set—it looks amazing and is so comfortable! A huge thank you to Hillga, who provided top-notch customer service, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the shipping process. Highly recommend!
We absolutely love this furniture! The set up was incredibly easy. The packaging was organized well. The cushions are very comfortable, and the furniture seems very sturdy. Impressive quality for such a great price!
This is the first time purchasing furniture online. I did a lot of research and when I found Hilga outdoor furniture I just knew it would look beautiful in our new gazebo. The 6 pieces turned out to be more than expected. The cushions are so thick and comfortable and the wicker is a beautiful color. If we ever need anything else Hilga is our number 1 choice.
The furniture itself is wonderful and very comfortable, as well as easy to put together. Im not giving 5 stars cause the website set description isn't accurate. We bought the 10 pieces set and although the information within the set description body is accurate with correct # of pieces the title block for this set states 8 instead of 10. We also did not receive the ottomans for this set due to backorder but we were not told that until after several days of trying to get a response from them on these missing pieces since you can't call and speak to anyone directly. Supposedly we will recieve them around Oct 14th.
Very good quality.
My husband put it together by himself. Looking forward to buying pieces.
If I could give this 10 stars I would. The instructions were so so so easy and it's even better than the pictures now that it's all here and put together. I've been looking since May for porch furniture, it was so worth the wait on this dry 5 that went on sale labor day weekend.
Love it. Bit beautiful.
After our Hillga outdoor furniture arrived we quickly assembled our 2 couches (his & hers) with the easy too follow instructions. We were excited. To show off our Hillga couches to the neighbors and our adult children, whom all have outdoor furniture by other manufacturers. They loved the high backs which was the reason we bought Hillga the neighbors are low to the ground and the back are 29” or lower. We gave out the Hillga.com to our neighbors who were very impressed with Hillga quality and good looks. Many say they are going to replace theirs with Hillga outdoor furniture. So by spring the neighborhood will be full of Hillga outdoor furniture. Oh when I said his and hers l meant his
The set was easily put together following instructions carefully. Its a beautiful set and very sturdy. Height of backs are perfect and not too low.
Communication was great.
Arrived quickly.
Assembly was a piece of cake.
Very happy with our purchase!
After weeks of reviewing options and walking through several furniture stores I selected Hillga. Order arrived on time. Loved the ratchet tool included for assembly which went smooth. Looks great and feels better.
Package very well very easy to put together and looks great and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend this to anybody who wants great outdoor looking furniture.
We love the sofa chair and tables. I was able to put them togetjer easily. I would have rated this a 5 star; however we're still waiting for the covets. I did respond to another email, so we hope the covetsare on their way. Very comfortable set!
Love our new patio furniture! Only one hole did not line up the best and one of the ottoman had a loose piece underneath. It’s very comfortable and well made! I’d recommend it to everyone!!!
Love the furniture. Very comfortable, looks great!! It's exactly what I wanted!!!
