If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

When placing the order, I was constantly torn between the white and grey styles.

When placing the order, I was constantly torn between the white and grey styles. After the installation was completed, I felt that the white style was more in line with a minimalist style, but this grey one would significantly reduce the maintenance work for the sofa when placed in the backyard. OK, I've given in.

The style of this loveseat sofa is suitable for my backyard decor. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on. Resting in the backyard at night is already perfect for me. I often listen to music at night, which helps my body relax. Sometimes lying on the sofa can make me fall asleep quickly. This is probably because the cushion is very comfortable.
