If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

When purchasing the patio sofa, I spent a long time thinking and couldn't decide whether to choose blue or beige. After the package arrived, I felt that the blue style would be more suitable for me. However, the quality of these three sofas is quite good. It would be even better if the seller had separate replacement seat cushions that could be purchased

Since we got this patio sofa home, we often have outdoor activities in the evenings. The cushions of this 3-seater sofa are very thick. Sitting and leaning on this soft cushion, you can stay for a long time. Even the thought of lying down on the sofa to sleep comes to mind.

The quality of this outdoor sofa is truly excellent, especially with its smiling shape, which has greatly improved my mood. The seat cushion is also very comfortable. However, I still hope to have a patio sofa set with a dust cover. Then I wouldn't have to worry about the cushions getting dirty.
