I love the ottoman’s, my only comments would be that I wish there was a better way to secure the cushions. They come with a rubber sheet you put under them to keep them from slipping, but it really doesn’t do anything. With pets and kids, the cushions are always falling off or getting misaligned. Other than that, I love the way they look and they are very comfy.

Received them in excellent condition because they were packaged very well. Followed the outstanding and easy to understand assembly instructions and put them together in 20 minutes for both of them. The quality of the material that the cushions appear to be water and stain resistance. The steal and wicker construction is a very high quality that will last for a long time. We are glad that we purchased the quality Hawthorne Patio swivel and rocking chairs and table too we are looking forward to many years of use for our family. We highly recommend this brand to our family and friends.

The reason I purchased their product is their promise that it would be delivered on Wednesday, July 8th. That day came and went without delivery. Then it was promised "between 11:30am and 3pm on Thursday, July 9th. Didn't happen. As far I can see, the product is still in Kansas (I live in Pennsylvania). I am so tired of vendors who make sales based on delivery promises that they know they can't keep. And don't blame FedEx. As the delivery company goes, so goes the vendor.

We had previously purchased the Hawthorne sofa, we love it so much that we wanted to add the ottomans to the set. The set is sturdy, easy to assemble and so comfy.It is a beautiful addition to our deck. I recommend this set to any one looking to purchase a a quality set.

It’s always a little risky to order furniture you’ve never sat on. I have to say we are incredibly pleased with our new deck furniture. There was a small tear in a seam snd another small area of Wicker damage that I am about to contact customer service about. Both of which I could fix myself, but but hopefully they can do something. Incredibly comfortable, solid, and sturdy. We are looking forward to enjoying our furniture for many years to come.
I ordered the set that included the sofa, two chairs, coffee table two ottoman’s and one end table. They are of great quality and look absolutely beautiful on my patio.
