Our products go through a rigorous process from research to testing to launch, and we are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. 

If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Fast shipping. Very good packaging. Received two boxes. The chair bottom frame is good quality and can support my 200 lbs. Assembly was easy and the tools were complete. These chairs are sturdy, very comfortable, well made and a great value.
