If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Hilga Conversation set

Very well made outdoor furniture and was easy to assemble. Cushions are the best i have seen and I looked for 6 months and saw 10 to 12 sets that I was considering. Frames seem like they will hold up well. Only complaint, if you want to call it that, is it wish the seats were deeper, arms came up more. Would definitely recommend. I also purchased the 7 piece sofa set.

Did not get all the parts required for assembly

Now I need to contact the manufacturer and see how long it will take to get the rest of my order.So far the boxes they came in look good and the parts that I did get seem to be good quality, but without the swivel stands and the cushions they aren’t much use right now.

I thank they should have padded armrest. The wicker armrest is not comfortable on your arm. Other then that they are great
