If you don't like your furniture, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to accept any of our products as long as they are in new condition. We do not accept returns on furniture that is not in new condition, so please be aware of this before you start living with HILLGA furniture.

If damage occurs after delivery, please contact service@hillga.com immediately with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have an industry-leading customer service team to ensure that our customers can buy with peace of mind. We allow up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to your furniture.  If we are unable to repair your goods, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Beware: Defective, already rusting, and NOT waterproof

Very let down by the customer service and quality of this outdoor furniture set. For starters, when we received the couch it was defective and pieces had holes in places it wasn’t suppose to so it couldn’t even be put together. Second; while waiting for a replacement piece (which took too many emails to get to a resolution) the holes in the furniture had already rusted out. Third; they advertise waterproof outdoor furniture and cushions. These cushions are NOT waterproof. We sent videos and pictures and at first they said they would replace the cushions. Then completely went back on what they said and won’t replace any of the cushions. It has been almost two months dealing with the customer service and we are SO let down. They won’t replace the cushions and have made us jump through so many hoops despite showing videos and photos of all the stained and soggy cushions. Also- the white cushions are cream on the bottom with a yellow tint top cushion. Beware of this company and their customer service practices

poor lumbar support

I am disappointed the seat cushions aren't firmer. The back cushions do not provide much support either. And the seat back reclines too much. Not a lot but too much.
I know that I have high expectations. I've sat in so many display patio sets. Yours is better than all sets I have tried and several that I ordered based on ads and descriptions online.
Add lumbar support and you will have an about average product. I'll continue buying small pillows in hope I'll fine at least one.
